When you are checking out online, if you do not see the option for local delivery or pick-up, it means the item is not currently available in our local inventory.
Direct Shipment from Vendor
Some of our products are shipped directly to you from our vendors. This allows us to offer a wider range of unique items that we might not have on hand. For these items, only the shipping option will be available at checkout.
Shipping Timeframe
Items shipped directly from our vendors typically take 2-10 business days to arrive once they have been shipped. Please keep in mind that this timeframe is in addition to the processing time required to prepare your order for shipment.
How to Identify Shipping Options
Local Delivery/Pick-Up Available: If you see local delivery or pick-up options during checkout, the item is in our local inventory and can be delivered or picked up as per your preference.
Shipping Only:If the only delivery option available at checkout is shipping, the item will be shipped directly to you from our vendor.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.
